Taster sessions

New to pottery? 

A taster session will introduce you to the basics of pottery.  You will learn how to use simple hand-building techniques such as coiling, pinch pots and slab work.

​

Fee: £50 for one person and £90 for two people. This is for a two hour session.  All tools, materials, bisque and glaze firing is included.  You can expect to collect your creations in a couple of weeks.

This popular workshop is a fun introduction to clay and ideal for beginners. The session will start with a short demonstration of how to make a pinch pot, before moving onto how to coil and slab build.
